Beth with 2 of the "kids"

Beth has called Oviedo, FL home for almost 25 years.  She moved to Florida from Nebraska to attend the University of Central Florida, and she earned a graduate degree in Human Factors Psychology.  She and her husband, Ed, have a grown, yet lively family including 3 daughters, 1 son, and a dog named Milly.
